My name is Paula Arce. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma, Narcissistic Relationships, Codependency and Borderline Personality. I’m committed to helping individuals to learn how to overcome their anxiety and fears and live a happier and healthier life. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that contribute to the disorder and helping alleviate the symptoms. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals, as is the client the one called to make the needed changes and try new ways that can lead to a better life. If you’re struggling to cope with Depression, Grief, or any other mental disorder I can help you navigate these feelings and offer a path forward. I’m passionate about my clients and their well-being. I am committed to helping them “cross the bridge” to get to safety and am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements, webinars, and podcasts. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then drive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have years of experience working with individuals that have deep Trauma, Depression Anxiety, Borderline Personality, are/were in a Narcissistic Relationship, Codependency issues and are Grieving the loss of a loved one.
