Hello, my name is Blessing, and I offer psychiatric services, including medication management, supportive therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, with availability on weekdays and weekends. I take a personalized approach to care, recognizing that every person’s experiences and goals are different. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed by daily life, we will work together to create a treatment plan that fits your needs and supports lasting progress.
Clients can expect a supportive, holistic approach during their sessions with me as their psychiatric nurse practitioner.
My greatest strength is my ability to create a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.
My approach begins with getting to know you, your concerns, and goals for treatment. During our initial sessions, we will discuss your symptoms, personal history, lifestyle, and any challenges affecting your daily life. From there, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. Throughout treatment, we will monitor your progress, build healthy coping strategies, and make adjustments as needed.

Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a highly effective treatment method for both adults and children. It focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors contributing to emotional distress. CBT helps manage issues like depression, anxiety, and trauma by teaching coping skills and promoting healthier thinking.
Supportive therapy helps patients manage symptoms, build coping skills, and improve daily functioning. I use it by offering empathy, reinforcing strengths, providing education, and guiding patients through challenges. It’s useful for those with chronic conditions who need stability and practical support.

Dr. Blessing is truly amazing! She provides a safe, judgment-free space where I can process life’s challenges, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful solutions. She is thorough, warm, and open-minded, and her ability to listen while helping me see things from different perspectives has been invaluable. I leave each session feeling supported, understood, and better equipped to move forward. I am incredibly grateful for her care and guidance.

My first session was great. She went over just about everything. She was very reassuring in her care and what medication I am currently taking, it was good to hear from her about what I am going through.
