I am very glad you are considering therapy for yourself. I believe that all areas of life are important to emotional well-being, so I look for ways to incorporate spiritual, physical, and interpersonal wellness in my work with clients. Although I have dedicated aa great number of years to working with young people, I find that supporting adults through life's challenges is so fulfilling. I see our lives as stories with many chapters and each one bringing challenges and lessons to be learned. My goal is to encourage clients to see their value and to find meaning and purpose at all stages of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Clients can expect a warm welcome to therapy sessions . My goal is to relieve any nerves or misconceptions about therapy. I am on the client's side and am dedicated to providing the best care by making sure client's feel a positive and peaceful connection. No judgment, juts a safe place to journey together through life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I know coming to therapy can be a scary thing, but one of my strengths is making the experience feel natural and normal. I like to walk beside clients and be a role model of what it is like to go through life without seeking perfection and admitting we all need support and that community, wherever we find it, is vital to our emotional, spiritual, and physical health.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I believe we all could benefit from non judgmental support and a place to feel safe to tell our life story as well as think through new challenges. I would love to come alongside individuals who want a counselor of Christian faith and worldview.
