My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice. In the first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide the most effective way to assist you with accomplishing your goals. With CBT, we'll focus on how your thoughts affect your emotions and experiences. During treatment, I'll assist you with challenging your thoughts, which change your feelings and experiences.

Motivational Interviewing

I utilize Motivational interviewing to help people resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Utilizing this approach in therapy, is a goal-directed collaborative approach to psychotherapeutic change that is conducted through direct observation of clients' responses to a series of precisely constructed questions
