I also love helping clients to heal, learn, and grow by becoming introspective, self-reflective, and self-analytical. My doctorate is in Marriage & Family Counseling. I am passionate about helping families adapt, improve communication, improve patterns of interaction, and relationship dynamics.

I hold a doctorate degree in Marriage & Family Counseling. I recognize that each couple is unique. However, I have found that many couples struggle with knowing how to use assertive and effective communication.

I enjoy integrating providing mental therapy with a Christian Counseling focus.

Grief Therapy

I understand the various stages of grief (e.g. shock, denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance) and have supported clients through difficult adjustments during loss.
