New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and proud graduate of Fordham University, dedicated to helping individuals, youth, couples, and families heal, grow, and reconnect with their strengths. My work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, and I strive to create a warm, grounded, and compassionate space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and empowered to create meaningful change. As a Clinical Therapist, I have provided both individual and group therapy for clients navigating complex emotional landscapes. I conduct thorough assessments and differential diagnoses, create and adjust treatment plans, provide psychoeducation, and advocate for clients across multiple systems
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I often use Strength-based, Trauma focused Therapy in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a psychotherapist specializing in youth, adults, and couples, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your story and begin healing.Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, and Strength-Based approaches, I help clients find clarity, build resilience, and develop healthier ways of coping.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with clients who may be struggling to cope with traumatic events related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get you life back.
Trauma-Focused CBT
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) offers a grounded, compassionate space for healing, helping you gently make sense of overwhelming experiences while building confidence and emotional resilience. In our sessions, using Trauma Focused-CBT I combine practical coping strategies, empowering you to move at your own pace as you reclaim safety, connection, and hope.
