I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with people navigating relational strain and moments of transition or inner questioning. My approach is reflective and relational, guided by curiosity, meaning, and an understanding of how past experiences shape the present, as well as the importance of connecting with a deeper sense of self to create meaningful change. I aim to offer a steady, compassionate space where clients can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel honest, grounding, and sustainable.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a space to slow down and begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping to shift or better understand. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and help us begin to map patterns at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this session is about creating a sense of safety and clarity as we consider how we might work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to attune deeply while also holding a broader perspective on patterns, meaning, and change. I work in a way that balances insight with emotional and nervous system awareness, helping clients understand why certain patterns exist while also supporting how to shift them in daily life. Clients often share that therapy feels both grounding and clarifying—offering space for reflection, honest exploration, and sustainable change rather than pressure to “fix” or rush the process.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are feeling strained in their relationships, disconnected from themselves, or at a crossroads where old ways of coping no longer feel sustainable. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and seeking more than symptom relief—they want to understand patterns, heal relational wounds, and live with greater clarity and integrity. Therapy with me is a good fit for those who are open to reflection, curious about their inner world, and interested in creating meaningful, lasting change rather than quick fixes.

My treatment methods

Somatic

I incorporate somatic awareness to help clients reconnect with the body as a source of information and regulation. This approach is especially helpful for clients who experience chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty articulating feelings verbally. Through gentle attention to physical sensations, breath, and nervous system cues, clients learn to recognize how emotions are held in the body and how to support regulation and grounding in real time.

Integrative

I take an integrative approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs rather than relying on a single modality. Sessions often blend cognitive, emotional, somatic, and relational interventions, allowing flexibility as clients move through different phases of growth and healing. This approach supports both symptom relief and deeper self-understanding, while honoring the complexity of each individual’s experience.

Existential

I use an existential lens to help clients explore meaning, identity, freedom, and choice—especially during periods of transition, grief, burnout, or uncertainty. In sessions, we look at the deeper “why” beneath symptoms and patterns, including themes like responsibility, purpose, authenticity, and the fear of change. My goal is to help clients feel more internally aligned—so decisions come from values and self-trust rather than anxiety, obligation, or old survival strategies.

Psychoanalytic

I practice from a psychoanalytic-informed perspective that attends to the unconscious patterns shaping emotions, relationships, and self-image. This includes exploring early relational dynamics, defenses, repetition patterns, and the deeper emotional logic behind symptoms. I use this approach in a collaborative and grounded way—supporting clients in making sense of what keeps repeating, where it originated, and how to create lasting change through insight, emotional processing, and a more compassionate relationship with the self.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness and Self-compassion is a core component of my practice and is used to help clients develop greater awareness of their internal experiences without judgment. I incorporate mindfulness practices to support emotional regulation, reduce reactivity, and build tolerance for discomfort. Rather than focusing on perfection or constant calm, I help clients cultivate a steady, curious relationship with their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations, allowing for more intentional and grounded responses to stressors.
