Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in Minnesota. I received my Masters Degree from North Dakota State University and have been practicing for 20 years. I work in collaboration with adolescents and adults to work towards healing from past, present and future versions of themselves. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral therapy interventions as well Eye Movement Desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR).

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I love working with people who are ready to learn, gain insight and create a better understanding of themselves. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their situation.

Having worked with clients for the past 20 years, I've developed strong working relationships for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
