My name is Christine Hayes and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Expert Certified Laughter Leader. As a licensed therapist, I believe in empowering you as an individual and/or your family to be the best it can be and enjoy your journey along the way. I want to empower you by assisting you in building your strengths, reframing thoughts, and accomplishing the dreams you have for yourself and others.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, I will gather information and get to know you and what you are currently struggling with in your journey. We will discuss goals for your therapy sessions including 10 years from now how you would see this counseling as helpful and few months from now how you would feel like this counseling is beneficial and that you want to continue attending your sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a positive person who believes that there is light at the end of the tunnel, we just have to be able to recognize it. I am an encourager and empower clients to be the best version of themselves.
