What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will together to address your major concerns, symptoms and medication (if applicable). We will come up with an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to your specific concerns and strengths.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

During each session a detailed intake is conducted, I also use PHQ-9, GAD, RMS as screening tools to make a definitive diagnosis/treatment plan.
