In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you’re re facing. This will help me create a tater plan for us to work through during our follow up sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Patricia is proficient in many areas, one of her biggest strengths is to provide compassionate care, while being very attentive, she is a good listener. She does her best to connect with her patients and build a therapeutic relationship. She tries to accommodate and meet her patients needs. She is very understanding and easy to talk to.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with clients that are eager to improve their mental health, but don’t yet have the tools needed to make the goal a reality.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for many years. It’s helped many of my patient challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

I have been working with Patricia for over a year now. Watching my growth to a happier healthier version of myself has been so amazing. She is very attentive. She makes me feel like a human, not a patient. It doesn’t feel as if I’m talking to a robot. She’s been one of my biggest cheerleaders over the past year and i would suggest her to everyone if I could! I could not be more grateful for her. ❤️
