Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Oregon and Texas. I offer short term, strength-based therapy. Together we will identify goals for all areas of your life and create "bite-size" action steps you can take towards reaching them. We will explore your own motivation, strength, and resiliency throughout the therapy process. My approach is rooted in Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which strives to understand the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors. Together, we will problem solve how to shift patterns of thinking that are not serving you well. I believe in a collaborative approach with my clients. I do not "gate-keep" therapeutic tools or strategies as the provider. I will coach you as you practice these skills and build support from your loved ones and trusted community.
In our first session together, I will introduce briefly introduce myself and policies of my therapy practice. We will being with exploring what led you to set up this therapy appointment.
I bring a warm casual approach to my work with clients. I am open-minded and encourage clients to be open during our sessions without shame or judgement.

I bring a trauma-informed approach to CBT and although we won't dive deep into past trauma, we will look at how it continues to impact your thoughts and beliefs today.
