My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) is utilized to restructure thoughts that are supporting negative emotions and behaviors. I have used CBT to help people grow and thrive for over 25 years. A similar method, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is tailored to foster healing from traumatic experiences. CPT is heavily researched and recognized as an evidence based practice. I am trained in CPT and have used it for over 5 years to help the healing process.
