I create a very safe and supportive presence for my clients; this enables individuals to be vulnerable, while learning how their behavioral patterns have continually been re-created from childhood. Inner child work unlocks the key to self compassion, self acceptance, and self love. The winding road to maintaining self love is lifelong and I would be honored to take this journey with you.
Upon our first meeting, I will allow you to share what is on your heart. I will also ask you questions in order to understand you better and assess how best to support you. I will create a safe and non-judgmental space for the two of us to establish a rapport and determine if we are a good fit for each other.
I consider myself to be a very compassionate and intuitive provider. I am not a cookie cutter type of therapist that sits back and uh huh's you to death. I genuinely want to know and understand you.
I am interested in sharing my knowledge, skills, and authenticity with clients who are invested in improving their quality of life. This is a collaboration between the two of us- I want to empower you to identify both your strengths and challenges- (as we all have both!), and be open to understand yourself more deeply.
My approach is very eclectic; my interactive style is direct, interactive, and extremely supportive. I believe that everyone has the capacity to find meaning in their lives, identify early childhood roadblocks and learn to love and accept themselves for who they are. Inner child work is my passion!
