Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients identify and transform negative thought patterns, developing adaptive coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I incorporate Mindfulness-Based Therapy into my practice, teaching clients mindfulness techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase self-acceptance and emotional regulation.

Cynthia Anderson is probably the best medical provider I have ever worked with (and I’ve been to many!). I can’t say enough good things about her. She takes her job very seriously but uses a lighthearted approach. She’s an excellent listener, is passionate, warm, welcoming, understanding, intelligent, non-judgmental, encouraging, positive, polite, professional, kind, funny, humble, hard-working, flexible, caring, and patient.
