Our first session will be focused on introductions, discussing symptoms, evaluating whether or not I am the best match for your needs, and creating a plan for your needs.

Children , adolescents , and young adults (18-25) who are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms related to anxiety , depression, self-esteem, and/or adjustment. I do not specialize in PTSD or personality disorders.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help children and adults identify unhelpful thoughts and shift them toward more positive, realistic patterns. Together, we explore how thoughts influence feelings and behavior, challenge negative thinking, and build healthier coping skills. My goal is to empower clients to understand their inner dialogue and create more balanced, supportive ways of thinking.
