New to Grow
I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, supported, and curious about our own story. I work with individuals and couples from all walks of life, and I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. Every person brings wisdom from their life experiences, and I aim to create a safe space where that wisdom can guide your growth.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll set goals that matter to you. I also bring a sense of curiosity and play—because while healing can take courage, it can also be full of creativity, insight, and even joy.
I am a person who continues to learn and grow myself, this involves pursuit of continued learning, building community, and the balance of play and rest.
I work best with clients who are desiring to relate to others and themselves with authenticity and care. I am highly collaborative and connect with clients over specific goals that can support healing and navigating an increasingly complex world in a way that is true to themselves.
I use EMDR to help clients process the impact of trauma and develop new, adaptive ways of moving forward with greater resilience.
Through ACT, I guide clients in building practical skills to navigate challenges with compassion and alignment to their core values.
With EFT, I support clients in deepening their awareness of attachment patterns and relational cycles, fostering healthier connections with themselves and others.
I integrate culturally sensitive therapy by honoring each client’s unique background, values, and lived experiences, ensuring treatment is respectful, inclusive, and empowering.
I use the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen communication, manage conflict effectively, and build a deeper sense of trust and connection.
