Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT and it’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Compassion Focused
In Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), I cultivate a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their struggles with kindness and understanding. By encouraging self-compassion, I help clients develop a deeper understanding of their emotions and experiences, fostering resilience and promoting healing. Through guided exercises and compassionate dialogue, clients learn to befriend themselves and develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges with greater self-compassion and emotional balance.
Humanistic
In humanistic therapy, I prioritize creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Through active listening and empathetic understanding, I encourage clients to tap into their inner wisdom and potential for self-actualization.
