With the distinction of being a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTP), I gently guide my clients toward healing, fostering more purposeful lives. My therapeutic foundation rests on Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), a proven approach that focuses on cultivating healthy and positive solutions for clients’ immediate concerns. Additionally, I employ a wide array of other therapy methods, such as Culturally Sensitive Techniques, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Motivational Interviewing, Multicultural approaches, Person-Centered practices, Positive Psychology, Racial Trauma Recovery, Solution-Focused techniques, Strength-Based methods, Supportive frameworks, and Trauma-Focused interventions.

Drawing from my over 30 years of experience in Child Welfare, I am equipped to compassionately address, support, and educate women confronting crises related to child abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Based on my work, I’ve developed a profound affinity for aiding those who have endured such traumatic circumstances. I also consistently find success in assisting women dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, shame, life transitions, relationships, intimate partner violence, self-esteem, boundaries, parenting, and managing grief and loss. The wealth of life experiences and professional insights I bring to my role, propel my unwavering dedication to this vocation. Guided by the capacity to effect positive change, I offer hope and healing for the personal growth of my clients.
