I am a compassionate and patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for supporting individuals facing mental health challenges. My goal is to help clients develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional well-being, and achieve optimal mental health. I earned my terminal degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global in Irvine, California, and I bring over a decade of nursing experience to my practice. I work primarily with adults ages 18 and older, providing thoughtful, evidence-based care in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I believe in collaborative treatment planning and strive to empower my clients to feel heard, respected, and confident in their journey toward better mental health.
In our first session together, you can expect to feel completely heard and understood. I’m here to offer my full attention, compassion, and support—without any judgment or criticism. My goal is to create a safe space where you can openly share, while I work to offer my professional insight and guidance. Together, we’ll explore your unique situation and begin developing a personalized plan to move forward, always focused on your well-being and goals.
My greatest strength lies in my deep empathy, compassion, and extensive knowledge. I truly believe in the power of building a meaningful connection with my clients, and it brings me immense joy to witness the positive changes that unfold over time. Seeing the progress we make together, as a result of the personalized plans we create, is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that the practices we implement are making a real difference in your life is what drives me every day to continue this work with dedication and heart.
I genuinely enjoy working with adults 18 and older, partnering with them to navigate and improve symptoms related to a variety of mental health challenges, such as ADHD (treats with stimulants and non-stimulants), depression, mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders and much more. I believe in the power of collaboration, and I’m dedicated to providing tailored support to help you overcome obstacles and achieve lasting, positive change. Together, we’ll create strategies that empower you to manage and thrive, no matter the challenges you’re facing
