Hey! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from the Cedar Crest College and have been practicing for 5 years. I help adults struggling with time management, communication, and boundaries. These can come up individually, within a relationship, or a family system. We practice being vulnerable in the session so you can access your strength outside of the therapeutic space.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

If you've never been to therapy, don't sweat it, I teach how to show up to get the most out of your session. If you feel ready to share the floor is yours. If you're unsure where to start I'll prompt with some questions. I'll try to give you space to unpack while helping lighten the load before you leave.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Past and current client talk about my "friendliness" without being your friend. They've commented on the sessions feeling relaxing with therapeutic techniques snuck in to what can feel like casual conversation. I'm usually pretty good at reading the temperature of the room and open to being told when I am not understanding the narrative being presented to me.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love when clients present with honestly, however uncomfortable or disorganized it may present itself. If you're ready to show up, do the work to find your authentic self, and gain direction for what you want in life my door is open.

My treatment methods

Jungian

I am an art therapist and the art assists the therapist and the client to involve one's unconscious into therapy in order to gain a fuller picture of what a client is struggling with. The art can also help the client separate from the issue at hand and confront it in a more physical way. You are not the diagnosis but you can now come face to face with it and control how it exists in your world.
