What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will briefly discuss what brought you to therapy and see if we can identify the problem more clearly, together. I ay collect some history of the problem and ask if you have tried anything to help make it better. We may discuss a preliminary plan to address the issue aimed at improving your quality of life and overall wellbeing.
