There’s a lot going on in the world and sometimes it’s hard to emotionally, mentally, and physically show up. You might be stressed out, anxious, depressed, or just overall exhausted. It could be because of friends, family, work, or overall life that makes you feel like you’re stuck. It is impacting your confidence, your self-esteem, and you might not know where it is coming from or what to do. It could be due to some past experiences that you’ve never fully addressed. Let’s talk, I’m here to help.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I specialize in creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I am particularly drawn to working with those who are motivated to learn new coping strategies, enhance their emotional intelligence, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. Whether someone is seeking short-term solutions for specific issues or long-term support for deep-rooted struggles, I believe in tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

My treatment approach is a blended theoretical approach that incorporates elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I offer personalized treatment that is tailored to each client’s individual and unique needs. In a nutshell, I focus on ways your body and mind can align to see and experience change.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work on addressing the main reason you wanted to start therapy. I provide the space to process your emotions while also gently challenging you to make behavioral changes. My therapeutic approach is supportive, client-centered, and non-judgmental. I believe in the importance of collaboration to establish and work toward goal attainment. Another strength of mine is that I can adapt to what type of therapy style you are looking for whether it is an active listener or a solution-focused partner- I'm here to help.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve adults over the age of 18 who are navigating a variety of life challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions such as career changes, grief, or adjusting to a new phase in life. I also work well with individuals who are seeking personal growth and self-exploration, whether it's about understanding their identity, finding purpose, or healing from past trauma.
