Welcome! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker- Clinical in the state of Maryland and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Georgia with over 10 years of diverse experience. My career has been developed working with youth and their families as well as adults with both mental health and addiction. In my approach to individual therapy, I utilize treatment methods such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoeducation, as well as Solution Focused and Strength Perspectives to provide healthy coping skills for symptoms of depression, anxiety, attention deficit, conduct disorders, substance misuse, and more.

While my education and professional experience is a great asset, my biggest strength is my ability to be relatable and adaptable. No one client is the same, I strive not to be a cookie-cutter provider, but the be the therapist you need to be your best self.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Through CBT techniques I support clients with learning to identify distorted thoughts that contribute to unwanted behaviors, understand their behaviors, and learning and employing healthy problem-solving skills to cope with difficult situations.

Strength-Based

Through therapy, an individual can identify and recognize their strengths to overcome life stressors.

Psychoeducation

Through therapeutic practice, I provide clients with education to understand their symptoms in order to manage their symptoms through healthy and appropriate coping skills.
