Hello, I'm Olivia. Life's challenges don't define us, though they may test us. Sometimes, we're our harshest critics when faced with problems. But amidst personal or relational trials, they're just parts of a bigger picture. You don't have to navigate them alone. As your therapist, I'm here to support you in managing life's stressors and piecing together that bigger picture. My passion lies in fostering healthy relationships, whether with individuals, couples, or families.

My treatment methods

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

I've received specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, particularly effective for individuals dealing with OCD or severe anxiety disorders. Through ERP, our focus will be on reducing rituals and managing these conditions effectively.

Attachment-based

I've received specialized training in Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), to help clients understand their attachment style with their family of origin and how it applies to their relationships with their partners or friends.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Lastly, I've received specialized training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and have been using it for the last 7 years. I believe this modality aids individuals and grounds them. This will help individuals see the full pictures and gain coping skills along the way.
