***Important Information: My practice schedules in Mountain Standard Time, PLEASE ADJUST YOUR SCHEDULE ACCORDINGLY. I do NOT prescribe controlled substances (No Xanax, Adderall, Ritalin, Clonazepam, Ativan, etc.) *** I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who wants to help you feel better. I focus on medication management to help you achieve mental wellness. I know mental illness is a huge obstacle and can be very debilitating. We can work together to find the right so you can feel better. I have expertise in bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and post-partum mental illness. I recognize it can be frustrating to have to take medication and that with the right treatment, recovery is possible. During our first meeting, we will review your past history and experiences that have brought you to where you are today. Having this thorough understanding will allow us to develop a treatment plan that will lead you on the right path to wellness. After booking an appointment with me, you will receive an email inviting you to create an account with our Patient Portal and a request to complete forms. These forms are required to begin care and need to be completed prior to your first appointment. I look forward to meeting you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first meeting, we will discuss your current symptoms, what led up to where you you are now, and your treatment goals. I want to know your priorities so we can develop a treatment plan that creates lasting wellness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strengths are compassionate care of anxiety, depressive, mood and bipolar illnesses.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy is a technique to learn how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We will use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns to help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
