What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session with me, clients can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we’ll establish a foundation for our therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss your goals, concerns, and what brings you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about the therapy process.

My experience with trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy has been transformative. Daialectical Behavior (DBT)

As a DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients facing emotional dysregulation, self-harm, and other complex challenges. Through the implementation of DBT, I’ve empowered individuals to cultivate mindfulness, manage distress, and improve interpersonal relationships. My experience has involved guiding clients in navigating the dialectical tension between acceptance and change, a central concept in DBT. Grief Therapy

My experience with grief has encompassed helping clients cope with a wide range of losses, from the death of loved ones to divorce, job loss, and more.
