In our first session together, we’ll begin with brief introductions to help establish a comfortable connection. From there, we’ll explore the specific challenges you’re facing so I can gain a clear understanding of your needs. This allows me to develop a personalized treatment plan, ensuring that our follow-up sessions are focused, supportive, and aligned with your goals.
Having worked extensively with the special needs population—particularly in pediatrics—I’ve developed a proven, step-by-step approach to care. This includes helping you (a) identify the root causes of your challenges and (b) create a personalized plan designed to support measurable, meaningful progress.
I have a deep passion for working with individuals with special needs and their families. Many of my clients are motivated to improve, but often lack the tools or support to turn that goal into reality. They frequently feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about what lies ahead. My role is to meet them where they are, help them feel understood, and empower them with practical strategies and compassionate care to move forward with confidence.

Michelle was thoughtful, warm, and very insightful in regards to the things I've been through over the past few years and the effect they've had on me. She was very generous with her time and support. Absolutely would recommend.

Michelle actually takes the time to assess your individual needs and doesn't just assume that what works for other people will work for you. I really wanted to ensure that my treatment was personalized and tailored to me, and she made that possible from the first appointment. I'm really happy with her attention to the details and you can tell she cares about her clients.
