My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by focusing on identifying and challenging clients’ negative thought patterns and behaviors. My goal is to help clients change these patterns to improve their emotional regulation and develop effective coping strategies. I often use CBT to treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, and stress by combining cognitive techniques, which address thoughts and beliefs, with behavioral techniques, which address actions and behaviors.

Psychodynamic

I employ psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore their unconscious processes and past experiences to understand and resolve current issues. By creating a safe and supportive environment, I encourage clients to delve into their emotions, childhood memories, and relational patterns. Through this exploration, clients gain insight into how past experiences influence their present behavior and emotions. My goal is to help clients uncover hidden conflicts, develop self-awareness, and foster emotional growth, ultimately leading to lasting change and improved mental health.

Positive Psychology

I use positive therapy to focus on clients’ strengths, virtues, and capacity for growth. I help clients identify and build on their existing positive qualities and achievements, fostering a sense of optimism and resilience. By emphasizing positive emotions, constructive experiences, and meaningful goals, I guide clients toward enhancing their well-being and life satisfaction. This approach involves techniques such as gratitude exercises, strength identification, and the cultivation of positive relationships. My aim is to empower clients to develop a more positive outlook on life and to harness their innate potential for personal growth and happiness.
