Hi, I’m Sasha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker here in Florida. I first want to acknowledge how much courage it takes to seek out therapy and I truly admire you for showing up for yourself! Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or working through grief, I’m here to help you navigate what you’re going through with compassion. I specialize in managing stress, anxiety, and grief, and in helping people set healthier, more sustainable boundaries — in relationships, work, and within themselves. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, but my work is always centered around you. My goal is to help you develop deeper self-awareness, feel more confident in your decisions, and create meaningful, lasting change. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, your voice, and the version of yourself you want to be. If you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, you can expect a warm and supportive conversation where we’ll start with an introduction and talk about some of the challenges you’re facing. This will help me better understand what you’d like to get out of our work together and assist me with tailoring a plan for us to work through.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I feel that my greatest strengths as a provider is creating a warm and empathetic space where my clients feel safe and truly heard. I believe in a collaborative approach which allows me to tailor our work based off your unique needs and goals. Lastly, I provide practical tools that empower my clients to build self-awareness, confidence and healthy boundaries.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions and difficulty setting boundaries. Many of my clients are high functioning but overwhelmed or stuck and just trying to find their sense of self again.
