Hi there! Im a Licensed Clinical Social Worker ( LCSW ) based in Florida. I received my education and training from the University of Central Florida and have been in the field since 2007. I was influenced by my own experiences and watched people struggle to find help. This is what prompted me to start my journey as a Therapist. My passion to help others is why I'm here today.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session I want to get to know you and give you the opportunity to know me as well. The relationship is important and therapy works better if you feel comfortable with whom your sharing your secrets or truths with. Getting to the root of the problem is crucial to help create a plan to move forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Ive been told i'm down to earth, easy to talk to and open minded. During chaos I can keep calm. Seeking therapy can be hard so when you finally do take that first step I want to be that sound board for you. I will listen, educate and hold you accountable with the goals we decide together that will set you up to succeed.
