My name is Jason, and I am eager to help you achieve the change and growth you desire. My goal is to collaborate with you to help you attain greater satisfaction and success in all areas of life. I see clients in person and online to address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, life change, men's issues, relationships, and career performance. I strive to provide effective solutions while avoiding the clinical elements often associated with counseling services. My clients commonly find that my approach offers an effective combination of inspiration, motivation, and practical solutions. If you're ready to actively pursue your goals, I'm ready to help. Let's do it!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we'll get to know each other and I will answer any questions you have. My focus will be putting you at ease so that we can formulate a plan to address the issues you're wishing to tackle. First session jitters? I understand. We'll move past that quickly and get to work!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I enjoy working with clients who embrace self-awareness and insight. I see a lot of young men, young couples, and professionals at various stages of their careers who are seeking greater contentment and success. I embrace a sense of adventure and humor to enhance the lives of my clients.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

Because every person is different, I draw from different treatment methods to customize an individualized approach for each client and situation.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy serves as the foundation for much of my work, having been proven effective by numerous studies.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

A solution-focused approach is a logical strategy for quickly alleviating distress. This can be followed by deeper work to address the root issue.
