With over 30 years in healthcare, I have helped people during their most challenging times. I can meet people where they are and provide coaching and support to help them reconnect with their lives. I work with my clients to establish a therapeutic partnership, explore treatment options, and explain medications and treatments to empower them to achieve their wellness goals.

I use evidence-based treatments including medication, lifestyle modification, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral techniques to target your symptoms from multiple angles.
