Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counseling in the state of Florida. I have been licensed for 11 years and have worked with all ages and all ranges of mental health concerns. I am a solutions-focused therapist who focuses on building strengths and incorporating humor into therapy. My goal is to help clients work through roadblocks and find joy in their lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, clients can expect to ask any questions they have about the counseling process and what to expect. Clients can share with me about their concerns and their goals for counseling. We will come up with a plan of how we can work through these concerns together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I like to make therapy an enjoyable experience. I spend a lot of time making sure clients feel safe and comfortable in therapy and can find the joy in the difficult times.
