My first experience with mental health was personal—growing up, I witnessed close family members struggle with mental illness. Those early experiences shaped my deep compassion, understanding, and commitment to helping others find healing and hope. I believe that people living with mental illness can lead full, meaningful lives. As a provider, I focus on medication management, supportive therapy, and holistic education tailored to each person’s unique journey. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space free of stigma—where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My approach combines advanced training, evidence-based practices, and a strong belief that every person is important, relevant, and capable of transformation. It would be my honor to support you on your journey to mental wellness and help you live your best life.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then we will go over the information you provided in the intake form. This will help me better understand the specific challenges you're facing. I am interested in what you are willing and able to do. I will create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My strength is listening to people's challenges and concerns. I support people in working towards relief from emotional difficulties and becoming their best selves by holistically integrating psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and guidance on lifestyle modifications. You are not just a diagnosis to me, you are foremost a human being. My focus is on knowing you as a person, rather than focusing on one or two symptoms in isolation. I seek to understand where you are in your life and where you are trying to be. The goal is to create a respectful partnership between myself and my patients to foster an optimal restorative recovery.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My work is helping clients achieve mental wellness. I can assist with navigating the complexities of bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, as well as other mental disorders. I know how difficult it is for you to feel stuck, especially when you are eager to improve, but don’t yet have the tools to move forward. People are constantly confronted with the social stigma and the overwhelming amount of information out there. Everyone is different, this is not one size fits all treatment. My approach is holistic and very client centered. I meet you were you’re at. Not as a diagnosis, but as a person who has a life to manage. I’m on your team to help.
Humanistic
******** Please be aware when considering making an appointment with me, I do not prescribe stimulants such as Adderall, Vyvanse, and Ritalin. If you are seeking a non-stimulant approach to ADHD I will be able to help you. My approach to helping clients is to lead with compassion, and in a very humanistic way. I believe we’re all trying to navigate through life as humanly as possible and I treat each client with dignity and respect.

I really appreciate Dr. jendayi-Robinson. She’s an awesome lady, and my therapy is much better. She’s warm, caring and concerned about me as her patient.
