Life can feel heavy-especially when anxiety, depression, guilt, or relationship stress start calling the shots. You don’t have to carry that weight alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to understand what’s holding them back and learn practical tools to move forward with confidence. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real-life change. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. Therapy with me isn’t about perfection-it’s about progress, resilience, and learning how to show up for your life with clarity and purpose. When you’re ready to feel more empowered and less overwhelmed, I’m here to help you take that next step.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is about clarity and comfort. No pressure and no judgment. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope life could look like with the right support. Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin outlining practical steps to help you move forward. You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and how we can address it, along with a sense that you’re not facing this alone anymore. Think of it as the first solid step toward steadier ground.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is helping clients feel understood while also helping them change. I balance empathy with direction by supporting you emotionally while equipping you with concrete, evidence-based tools you can use outside of sessions. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and integrate approaches such as solution-focused therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, interpersonal therapy, and family systems when appropriate. This allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. Clients often describe me as supportive, grounded, and practical. I believe growth happens when insight meets action, and I’m committed to walking alongside you as you build a healthier, more empowered mindset.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You may look “fine” on the outside, but inside you’re tired-tired of overthinking, carrying emotional weight, or repeating the same patterns. You might struggle with anxiety, low mood, relationship tension, or shame that quietly follows you around. I work best with clients who want more than just venting. They want tools, insight, and forward movement. My ideal clients are open to learning new perspectives, willing to reflect honestly, and motivated to create healthier habits and relationships. Whether you’re an adult navigating stress, a couple feeling disconnected, or a family needing better communication, you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to start.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist clients in recognizing the interconnections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as understanding how incremental changes can lead to meaningful outcomes. Through collaboration, we systematically address and challenge maladaptive thought patterns and develop new skills that are applicable beyond the therapeutic setting. CBT is a practical, evidence-based, and collaborative approach designed to empower individuals in making effective changes in their everyday lives.
