Welcome! My name is Anna and I am so happy you're here. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have had the great privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life over the past 6 years. With a humanistic approach at the heart of everything I do, I utilize an integrative format in my work with clients. I attune to my clients with an emphasis on person-centered, attachment theory, and trauma-informed modalities.
