Hi! I am a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of nursing experience. I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management and therapy for adult clients eighteen years and older. I believe in providing patient centered, individualized, holistic care in a way of promoting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. We'll discuss confidentiality and the therapeutic process, and I'll ask questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of their presenting symptoms and history. Together, we'll establish goals and begin to outline a personalized treatment plan. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner , I am best positioned to serve adult clients who are experiencing mood disorders such as depression or bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, Obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychotic disorders , trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, ADHD, eating disorder and substance use disorders. My expertise in medication management, psychotherapy, and holistic treatment modalities enables me to provide comprehensive care tailored to the unique needs of each individual, promoting their mental health and overall well-being.

I’ve been her patient for several years and she has been awesome! She is patient & thorough, while managing my complicated medical history & focusing on the needs I’m currently having. She helps me to manage my daily needs and plan for what’s ahead with genuine care & compassion.
