I am here to walk alongside you to help with bearing the weight, finding relief, beginning the healing process, and moving toward growth. I am a therapist, husband, and father. I work with an attachment-based and trauma-informed lens through the clinical models of Bowen Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).

In our first session, I want to acknowledge and honor the courage it takes to reach out for support. We will spend the time together getting to know you—listening to your story, validating the challenges you have faced, and recognizing your strengths as I walk alongside you in this journey.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I believe that our deepest need as human beings is to feel emotionally safe and connected—especially in our most important relationships. In EFT, I help individuals, couples, and families tune into the emotions that often sit just beneath the surface—emotions that drive our reactions, shape our patterns, and hold the key to lasting change. Together, we slow things down, explore what is really happening in moments of disconnection, and create space for new, healing conversations. Whether you are feeling stuck, distant, or overwhelmed, EFT offers a path toward more secure, honest, and loving relationships—with others and with yourself.

EMDR

I specialize in EMDR therapy to help individuals process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative self-beliefs. EMDR allows us to access the brain’s natural healing process, so you are not only talking about the pain; you are actively moving through it. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can find relief, clarity, and a renewed sense of self.
