As a healthcare provider with a strong passion for the vulnerable population, I understand the unique problems that individuals and families with mental illnesses encounter. I also understand the struggles of the “STRONG" woman, who is high functioning but in the inside is drowning. My goal is to empower and do my part to both the vulnerable and the strong to achieve their potential, or just support with the tools I have as a psych NP. Let's work together!

I listen! In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Education, empowering, medication management, in office LAI injection, outside referral if needed.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I see children, age 6 +, adolescents, and adults. My strengths are, but not limited to, ADHD, insomnia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and developmental disorders. I am a big believer in functional medicine and holistic approach to health.
