Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. I received my Masters from Sacramento State University and have been practicing for 14 years. I have worked in various settings supporting individuals and families in the foster care system, residential facilities, psychiatric hospitals, hospitals, outpatient, nonprofit community agencies and crisis intervention. I've worked with adults from all backgrounds and I've worked with individuals struggling with individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD and those who are experiencing significant emotional distress due to stress, acute illness, domestic violence, homelessness and trauma.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session together, we'll start by getting to know each other. I will be asking questions about current symptoms, mental health history and will discuss specific challenges you're facing. We will mutually discuss whether we are a good fit.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that you are the expect on your life and the therapeutic process should be a collaborative approach towards healing.
