Hello, my name is Kristy Martell, I have a Master of Science in Education (MS Ed) with a focus in Counseling. I am currently licensed with the Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. I am also licensed with the Ohio Chemical Dependency and Professionals Board. I have more than 11 years of experience, I work full time, overseeing multiple programs and recently started to develop my private practice. As a therapist, I like to work with clients to help them establish balance within their daily routine and relationships. Through the process of therapy, we are able to work to establish healthy boundaries, develop coping skills, manage stressors, change unhealthy thinking, self-awareness and enhance personal growth. I am looking forward to walking alongside you through this healing journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session I like to spend time getting to know my client and review the treatment plan to make sure it's in alignment with my client's goals. I also like to explore client preferences regarding therapy.
