Improving relationships and managing stressors in daily life settings is important. My practice focuses on supporting improved coping skills and strategies to achieve positive outcomes. My practice is trauma-informed and utilizes therapeutic techniques to manage symptoms and improve overall well-being. I believe that balance and connectivity lead to overall emotional and mental health. In my practice it is important to me that I support you and/or your loved one’s to achieve this.
My practice can support clients to gain self-regulation tools and increase their ability to manage symptoms and/or stressors outside of sessions. My goal is to provide the client with manageable skills that are easy to translate into everyday life and relationships.
My practice includes methods such as DBT, CBT, IFS, and is trauma-informed.
My clinical strengths include providing a safe and supportive space to process emotions as well as offering a sensitive understanding of many of the barriers and/or challenges that may present in our lives.
