What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a bilingual mental health assessor and counselor with various populations and in various settings, from community agencies to private practice. My past experiences equip me with persistence, dedication, and compassion, which contribute to how I show up for my clients during their therapeutic journeys. Through understanding who you are and what your goals are. Let's help you grow while empowering you with all of the necessary tools you need to sustain the life you deserve!

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them in a more effective way. CBT is a useful tool to address emotional challenges and improve daily functioning. Using this goal-oriented and collaborative approach that focuses on the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while teaching you strategies/tools to manage your thoughts and emotions effectively.

Attachment-based

Attachment theory is helpful in assessing interaction within close relationships and understanding the emotional exchange between relational dynamics.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Using CPT to help focus on the ways in which the traumatic event altered individual's views of themselves, the world, and others within domains of safety, trust, control, esteem and intimacy.
