C. G. Jung once said, "Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside awakes." Life is full of distractions that keep us from paying attention to our own hearts, our own desires, and what really matters. Perhaps you are having difficulty finding the motivation to keep pushing forward. You've lost motivation to put in the work to have the relationships and life you want. You don't even know if it's possible to be happy anymore but you know you can't give up trying to find the light at the end of the tunnel. This is where I come in. You deserve to thrive in this life despite feeling stuck for so long. As a professional with years of experience helping others develop more self-awareness, set boundaries and cultivate a greater sense of meaning and purpose, I'd love to have the opportunity to step into this chapter of your life and help you take back the pen.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first meeting I will focus on getting to know you and your current needs. Together we will make a plan for your counseling journey by setting attainable goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Much of my work has been with clients who have not gotten the support they needed starting from a young age and need help navigating the complexities of life and understanding themselves and their desires to create the life they want.

It is important to identify our patterns of attachment so that we have the types of can more accurately identify and communicate our needs, set boundaries, and learn how to effectively cope with life's struggles.

Jungian

The writings and teachings of Carl Jung have significantly impacted me personally as well as my approach to counseling. Understanding one's unconscious motivators and the dynamics of one's personality can be very helpful in navigating life's challenges and developing a deeper sense of meaning and purpose.
