LMHC, 7 years of experience
Hi, my name is Natalia, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I’m also a wife, mother, and foster mom — roles that deeply shape who I am and how I show up in my work. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of working in both community mental health and private practice, and I truly love what I do
In our first session, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know me as a therapist — including my counseling style and approach — to help ensure we're a good fit. This session also gives me a chance to learn more about you, your story, and what has led you to seek counseling
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to build authentic, trusting relationships with those I serve. I create a safe and welcoming environment where people feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. This foundation of trust allows me to speak truth with love — to challenge when necessary, but always with grace, compassion, and the client’s best interest at heart. I’ve found that this balance helps promote real growth and lasting change, especially in moments when encouragement and accountability need to go hand in hand
I have a passion for help couple work through their marital conflicts to create a better, safer, and stronger marriage. I also love working with young adults going thought taught life transitions who need support and tools to navigate the world they live in.
I provide Christian counseling to both individuals and couples, focusing on helping people navigate life’s challenges through the lens of Scripture and a biblical worldview. My approach integrates biblical truths with practical application, aiming to foster emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.
I work with clients to: 1. Identify negative or distorted thoughts that may be affecting their mood, behavior, or relationships. 2. Evaluate the accuracy and impact of those thoughts, exploring where they come from and how they influence daily life. 3. Develop healthier thinking patterns that lead to more constructive emotions and behaviors. Practice new coping strategies and behavioral skills to support long-term change and resilience.
In couples counseling, my goal is to help partners strengthen their relationship by improving communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering emotional connection. I create a supportive and neutral space where each partner can feel heard, understood, and respected.
