Life can be challenging. For more than 25 years I have been providing therapy services helping kids, adults, and parents through tough issues and life adjustments. Helping adult survivors of abuse and trauma has been my heart for many years. I also enjoy helping college students through some of the most important years of life. I am a LMFT which means I see everything through the lens of relationship but I primarily work with individuals or parent child relationships. I have provided Christian Counseling and secular counseling within a wonderful diversity of perspectives. I worked for many years in foster care and adoption and am an adoptive mother myself. I also have a lot of experience with neurodivergent community.
