I truly enjoy the journey of healing and helping others reach their true authentic potential by combating and confronting unhealthy core beliefs that no longer serve them. I have been in the healing field for over ten years working with those who present with self-esteem challenges, life transitions, mood dysregulation, anxiety, trauma and depression. My goal is to help my clients navigate their life challenges by walking with them and developing a strong therapeutic rapport.

In this journey, we will work on discovering your true self by identifying treatment goals that best align to your presenting challenges. You will feel rejuvenated and empowered as you begin your healing journey. Our goal is to turn "pain into purpose".

I have a non-judgmental, strength-based and empathetic approach when working with my clients. YOU are the expert in your life and my goal is to help you navigate, process and release unhealthy core beliefs that no longer serve you.

I am passionate with working with those who feel "lost", " broken", "forgotten". I work with individuals who are experiencing difficult life transitions, anxiety, poor self-esteem, family challenges and chronic sadness related to painful life experiences. There is hope however, implementing practical steps can be difficult due to overthinking, catastrophizing or self-doubt. We work to "uncover" the source of the pain and implement healthy strategies to make long term positive changes.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We will work on reframing limiting core beliefs using reality based strategies to improve mood and daily functioning.

Attachment-based

We will identify early childhood attachments drawing from psychodynamic principles to better understand your childhood dynamics and its effects on current functioning within self, relationships and the world.

Positive Psychology

We will work on identifying your core strengths, practicing gratitude, finding meaning in life and building relationships by using empathy-based interventions.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

When painful experiences occur, there is a disconnection from the mind and body. We will work on learning mindfulness practices and developing inner trust.

Psychodynamic

We will work together on exploring the mental and emotional processes that drive behavior and affect mood.
