Whether you're grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to guide you toward a brighter tomorrow. You don't have to face life's struggles alone. Take the first step towards a brighter future of healing and personal growth by reaching out to today. I believe in the power of human connection and the transformative potential of therapy. I strive to create an environment where you can feel heard, understood, and validated. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that you receive the personalized care you deserve. I firmly believe that you possess the strength and resilience to overcome life's obstacles, and I’m here to help you tap into that inner power. Through evidence-based techniques and a collaborative therapeutic relationship, we'll work together to develop effective strategies and coping skills that empower you to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or anxiety related to their relationships or family, or even past traumas. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.
I typically use solution-focused and strength-based therapies to help you get from where you are to where you would like to be. I also believe therapy should be a collaborative approach as you are the expert in your own life! That being said, we'll spend time having conversations about meanings and patterns in your life to help discover new ways of viewing yourself and of how you see the world.
I enjoy working with clients who are looking for healthy coping skills to manage a stressor in their life, and especially clients who may not be sure what they're looking for and just need a place to explore some of the issues they're dealing with.
