Hi I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I graduated from Florida International University with my masters in Psychology and have worked in the field for over 15 years. I love working with adults and adolescents and I am truly passionate about helping people become the very best versions of themselves! I am always more than happy to take on new clients and help them achieve their desired goals in life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then dive into specific challenges you may be facing. Usually I find clients have a lot they have been holding in and trying to manage on their own so we’ll try to get right in there and explore what’s brought them to therapy. I’ll also be gathering important background information of course! This will help me make a tailored plan for us to work on in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the field for over 15 years I believe my greatest strength is my ability to connect with clients and work together on building a relationship where I am able to point out and challenge my clients to guide their growth and help them reach their desired potential. My clients describe me as warm, thoughtful, dedicated, relatable and engaged.
